Magnificent Mocha Cherry

This mead combines decadent wildflower honey with of 600lbs of Montmorency Tart Cherries and Dark Sweet Cherries. We then aged this mead in red wine barrels that we’re kicked up with mocha toasted oak spiral to create a unique chocolate covered cherry profile.
