Sour Sequence #2: Raspberries, Blackberries & Vanilla

For this second edition of Sour Sequence we conditioned our typically sour Berliner weisse base (8%) on hefty amounts of raspberries and blackberries. We gave the beer a creamy treatment by adding both vanilla and lactose.
