One-Off Lager

During a brew day we pulled off about 20 litres of the Wort and added a standard lager yeast to it and added a small amount of some of our favourite New Zealand hops to it during fermentation. We then allowed it to cold lager for 2 months and now we will offer this tiny batch of beer as a one-off in the brewery. Once its gone...its well..gone.
