To help break down the cultural divide we’ve brewed an IPA combining an all American lineup of West Coast hops, British yeast and a New England malt bill. Because as we all know, New England is exactly half way between Britain and the US West Coast.Starting with Mosaic at its centre (center) to create a base of sweet berries and tropical fruits, we added in Columbus creating a layered complexity complete with floral and citrus notes before dry hopping with Amarillo to optimise (optimize) those ripe orange notes.It’s a NEIPA bursting with flavour (flavor) and the perfect place to discuss the differences that make the world such a colourful (colorful) place.
