Barrel-Aged Series, Batch No. 1.McGill's imperial stout has been aged in oak barrels. The first beer of its kind brewed in the area, it was aged over time in oak port barrels which had exquisite whiskey in them by Wayward Irish Spirits, producers of The Liberator whiskey in Killarney.This barrel-aged series has wonderful whiskey flavours complemented by chocolate, coffee and vanilla notes.
