Collaboration with Fyne Ales. Using classic pale malt, malted oats & a touch of light Munich malt we mashed this beer unusually high to keep some malt flavour & body but balanced with more punchy kettle hop bitterness to really boost drinkability. Fermented with clean US-05 yeast there is low yeast character to let the Strata dry hop shine through with notes of orange peel, peach & tangerine. Cask conditioned for a soft, creamy carbonation, it finishes with a lingering, gentle bitterness.
