The first blend in a series of sour red ales, aged in barrels for the last 12 months. Malty sweetness and chocolate balances delicately with the subdued tartness and funky nose. We had a lot of fun as a team ageing, sampling and deciding on this blend and we hope you love it just as much as we do!
