Of the Village: the ReImagining

In a largely throw-away culture that promotes the adage, "Buy, Buy, Buy", waste surrounds us. However, in a world Re-imagined, things might be a little different, through creativity we might find a re-birth. With Of the Village: the ReImagining, we've taken fruits that we have already used, and found them new life. Wild Blueberries, Red Raspberries, and Baby Ginger, all from our friends in the neighborhood, and all previously used in other ciders, brought back in their Re-Imagined splendor. A touch of vanilla contributes to a softness on the palate, with lush fruity notes, and subtle ginger. A second use. A second life. A ReImagining.
