During fermentation, we add 10% fresh, organic Cretan Pink Guava from a local grower.Refreshing and balanced, Acid Pink Punch is an ode to the kettle souring technique, perfectly blending the tangy lacto profile with the natural acidity of pink guava and the subtle bitterness of our favorite American hops.
