Farmhouse: Riwaka

A sour farmhouse ale brewed with Pilsen, wheat, and spelt. Fermented with Brett in stainless and then aged in neutral red wine barrels for 12 months before dry hopping with New Zealand Riwaka hops. Expect notes of bright grapefruit pith, tropical fruit, mild funk, and with a subtle tart finish.
