This blend contains the highest proportion of the 3 first batches. The high lambic proportion resulted in a weakening of the hop protective effect due to dilution. Therefore it offers the punchiest acetic bite of all. Unlike others blends that went to the drain with even higher proportion of lambic, we judged that the level was low enough to be enjoyable and that it made the beer brighter than the two other blend.
