Sourdough, salt, ginger, sweet and sour. Get ready for Zing and Crumb. A gingered bread pastry gose! Sweet bready goodness followed by some zinging ginger kick. The beauty though is in all of the complex processes that build this purely unique ale.We teamed up with local baking institution, "Baked Uprising" to make a very tangy and bready version of our crowd favourite ginger sour. By employing a cereal mash, sourdough bread makes up over 30% of the fermentable sugars, turning a waste product into something tasty! This beer has been both kettle soured and philly soured, leading to a face puckering and bitey sour!Brewed for the GABS Container bar 2025.
