This Aoltbeer is inspired by the historic sour beer of Münster, Westfalen. Aged in A single Chardonnay barrel for 21 months. In this thime, the beer developed its wine-like character. This batch shows wet stone, skin-contact Silvaner, Boskoop apple, wood and blood orange.
