SMOOTHIE SOUR WITH PINEAPPLE, TOASTED COCONUT, AND MARSHMALLOW.To inaugurate our new small 5BBL fermenter, we felt a little festive so we decided to make a Piña colada. We infused our sour base with Toasted coconut, and then conditioned the beer on a tun of pineapple puree. We have been asked to put marshmallow in our smoothies for a while now, so decided that the mix fit well in this case.Marshmallows really do not contribute much flavor, mostly a touche of vanilla, but it does really help out the mouthfeel of the beer.
