IPA with CHARDONNAY POMACE for the 5th Anniversary of BRUT WINE BARWe’ve toyed with the idea of creating a new date system specific to Downtown Astoria and it begins in 2019, the year that Brut Wine Bar opened just off Commercial Street. 2024 is year 5 A.B. (After Brut). The selection at Brut is carefully curated so you can be assured that whatever you choose, it will be delicious and if you don’t want to choose, Lisa will choose for you.Fem Brewt is a smooth and fruity IPA with a whole lot of Chardonnay pomace (wine grapes post-juice extraction) from Walter Scott Wines in the Willamette Valley.
