Double India Pale Ale brewed with Phantasm and double dry hopped with Citra, Galaxy, and Nelson SauvinWhen we first learned about Phantasm, an experimental beer ingredient derived from powdered freeze-dried Marlborough, New Zealand grown Sauvignon Blanc grapes, we couldn't wait to get our hands on some and see what thiol wizardry this stuff could deliver. We are so stoked on the results! Between the huge passion fruit, guava, apricot, bright tangerine, gooseberry, and its sauvignon blanc grapey finish, this is just one incredibly complex, delicious, and juicy Double IPA!
