Muze - barrel aged wild blond with muscaris grapes.Born out of our love of wine, our friendship with Colonjes vineyard and our dream to explore a new horizon. This new beer was inspired by orange wines.The skins that remain after pressing grapes might not be so interesting for a vineyard, yet as a brewery we find great inspiration to create beautiful things. As a base we used 2 barrels: a 14,5 month old wild ale with elderflowers and 19 month old golden sour. We added the skins for another 3 months of maceration after which we put the beer on barrel for another 4 months to let the oak work its magic and create a beautiful balance. Our muze is now 2 years old and a matured lady at the prime of her life.5.3% ABV[Batch #2: bottled on 25 MAY 2021][Batch #1: bottled on 31 OCT 2019]
