Faux Bulles

Originally called "Shampagne" but changed after the "Comite Interprofessionel du Vin de Champagne" decided to hit us with a Cease & Desist notice. We would have loved to challenge this, but unfortunately finances wouldn't allow. We’ve used our knowledge from brewing Brut IPA's to create this unique Ale. Using hops that give a wine like character, brewed with the palest malts & using an enzyme to break down the complex malt sugars, we have produced a hoppy, dry, low carb, Sparkling Barleywine.
