Batch 1's are typically forgetful affairs for breweries. Something usually (always) goes wrong. We mashed at 76c and made a fine 2.7% pale ale. Rather than throw it away we added enzymes and dry hopped it. What came next was. Well. A monster. We don't know what kind of beer it is. Imperial blonde ale? European pale ale? A monster. It's a monster.
