This fine Belgian dame is almost as simple as it gets, but she has a complex soul. Pilsner malt, wheat and sugar keep her pale and very dry, a sprinkling of euro hops balance said malt but the star of the show is the Abbey yeast which have gone to town. Classic Belgian phenolics and esthers (spice & fruit notes) reign supreme, while the dry finish has you coming back for more.
