Chisel Jersey is an old Somerset apple variety we grow at Woolton Farm. It is late ripening, with high levels of astringent tannin and a wonderfully pure cider apple note. This still cider is dry, unadulterated, mouth-puckering goodness.It is best drunk with food, we recommend a classic cider pairing: mature Somerset Cheddar, roast pork and apple chutney. Consume at room temperature.
