Le corps de la bière est mince, bien gazéifié. L'acidité de la bière est la première sensation que l'on détecte en bouche. En termes de saveurs, la framboise apparaît initialement, rapidement remplacée par la fraise qui prend toute la place jusqu'à la fin de la gorgée où le bleuet et la mûre font leur timide apparition. La finale est très fruitée, sèche et toujours bien acidulée.- - - - -Brewery notes: On the nose, the combination of lactic bacteria and the addition of fruit, we get the impression of a yogurt with small red fruits. The body of the beer is thin, well carbonated. The acidity of the beer is the first sensation that we detect. In terms of flavours, raspberry appears initially, quickly replaced by strawberry which takes up all the space until the end of the sip where blueberry and blackberry make their timid appearance. The finish is very fruity, dry and still sour.
