It pours a wonderful, deep russet-brown in colour, warming and inviting at the same time. We selected a specific candy sugar for the brewing process, adding a rich and complex caramelised note to the finished brew. It’s plummy with notes of raisin, chocolate and spice; the bitterness is light, and while sweet on the palate, it will finish with just a touch of dryness.
