Observation - Strata

Описание

Observation: Strata is a 6.5% IPA brewed with oats and hopped exclusively with Strata. This is a collaboration with @hopsconnect and @yeastcanada using their finest Strata and a yeast designed to drive tropical, fruity esters. We taste the whole strawberry patch in this glorious single-hop display along with notes of passion fruit and grapefruit!
