Mellow Meadow

Описание

Mellow Meadow is our brand new German-inspired dry hopped ale.For this beer we brewed a hybrid of an ale and a lager. In the kettle we added a bunch of Spalter hops at several stages, for a slightly higher bitterness, but also a lot of the noble hop character that we like so much in lagers. It was then fermented with a classic German ale yeast and then dry-hopped with even more Spalter. This beer is fruit, semi-dry and insanely drinkable. We are really proud of this beer, and you can expect to see more soon!
