Rusticity is a wild ale brewed and fermented in oak over 6 years ago. This beer was brewed using wild yeast from strawberry blossoms found naturally growing here on the farm. It has been conditioning over time with the intent to be served for a special occasion and we feel it has reached its peak at the perfect time and are looking forward to sharing it with everyone this Sunday.
