Fresh Hop IPL

For this years Hop Harvest we used 50 kg of whole cone Victoria Hops from Yellingbo Hop Farm in the Yarra Valley. These hops were put into this brew within 12 hours of picking. We have chosen to brew an IPL this year as we believe this will be the best way to showcase the unique qualities of the Fresh Hop Harvest
