Refreshing, sessionable Belgian Pale brewed using heritage barley variety Scotch Annat, generously hopped with Chinook, Celeia and Solero.Light blonde in colour and pouring with gentle carbonation, the aroma is a delicate blend of floral, strawberry-mango candy, mellow Belgian yeast esters and refined malt character. The Exale and STF brewers have rounded out the fruity sweetness with notes of citrus and white pepper; the finish is dry and slightly herbal with a subtle lingering bitterness.
