Golden mixed fermentation sour beer (containing absurdly tasty yeast cultured from Fantome Saison) fermented on top of fresh rhubarb with additional stewed rhubarb added after primary fermentation for maximum flavour. Keep a pack of Rennies handy, this is super sour.
