We’re ramping up the tropical vibes in Wilco with the release of Tropicologist. We’re using some new hops with this one with Vista and HBC 1019. We got a preview of 1019 at Hop Harvest last year and are excited to give this one a go. Paired up with the Chill Tropics yeast strain from Berkeley yeast, we’re getting huge notes of mango, peach rings, jackfruit, and young coconut.
