Kviek TIPA DDH au Chinook de Michigan et Cryo Ekuanot.This beer was brewed to put Hornindal kviek to the test on a TIPA. This yeast is known to produce a good amount of tropical flavor, and is the backbone of flavor for the beer.As for the hops, Michigan Chinook is one of my favorit hops, it has a dope amount of pineapple flavor and nice creamy finish. Cryo ekuanot is the ultimate form of Ekaunot, it seems to get rid of the green pepper thing the regular hop has and concentrates all the sweet fruit and citrus aroma.
