Exclusive release for Quadrivium Aristocracy. A non-vintage, secret blend of two of our favourite barrel-aged cherry beers – 2018 ‘Krieky Staves’ Shiraz B.A Sour Saison with Cherry, and 2017 ‘Cherry Quad’ Shiraz & Cabernet Sauvignon B.A Quadrupel with Manjimup Cherries. The Krieky Staves showcases a quite acidic complexity with bright cherry notes, balanced out with rich toasted toffee maltiness with prune, fig & raisin characters. A last minute addition of Morello cherry puree was added during the bottling process.
