In 2022 we drove over to the guys from Backstabber in Herznach and filled our 500l fermenter with delicious freshly pressed apple juice.Without any further additions, this batch fermented spontaneously, using the yeast present on the skin of apples. This so called wild cider has a strong funky characteristic with additional apple taste and a very very dry finish.
