Octoplus is a variant of our flagship Italian Pilsner, Octopils.The difference being that we have changed out the German hops that we dry-hop with, giving you a different aromatic and taste experience on the same balanced and reliable backbone that you know from Octopils.In Octoplus we have again used German noble hops in the dry-hop, this time specifically the varietals Spalter Select and Tettnanger, giving you notes of hay and spring flowers.The cold-fermenting lager yeast provides a perfectly clean and neutral palette for the German malts and hops to shine, delivering delicate notes of toasted bread and mild citrus fruit.The moderate bitterness and low ABV provide a refreshing balance which makes it all too easy to go back for a second pint.
