Dead on the Vine - 6% White grape and peach wit brewed using a blend of malted and unmalted wheat and barley, coriander, kaffir lime leaves and hopped with Hallertau Blanc. Fermented with a super characterful Belgian yeast strain originally from Scotland. Aged on Sicilian white grape juice (Catarratto and Ansonica grape varieties) and peach puree.
