Down To Earth is the latest in our mixed fermentation sour series of beer primary fermented in stainless steel for six months with our now house blend of various Brettanomyces, saison and lactobacillus strains. Belgian Pils and Rye with an oats addition plus Saaz hops lend a complex acidity that we hope you enjoy drinking as much as we do.
