Ephemeral is the second collaboration with our talented and beloved Kruella d'Enfer for her solo exhibition Mono No Aware! This is a complex and silky Triple Mash Imperial Stout that matured for 4 months before packaging. In the final stretch of this maturation, coconut from Sri Lanka, pecan from Georgia and hazelnut were introduced, but we wanted the adjuvants not to overpower the nature of the beer but rather to contribute to its complexity in a subtle way.
