Les Dunes d’Ostende. 7% Barrel aged wild ale with Raspberry sour Cherry and Elderflower.Conditioned on fresh Raspberry, Dried Morello Cherries and hand picked local Elderflower this beer was then returned to Port barrels for 5 months prior to bottling for additional smoothness, tannins, acidity and oxidative complexity.Brewed with 100% solar power, with absolute minimal intervention at every processing step allowing the ingredients to be presented as close to their natural taste alongside encouraging further development of our unique evolving farm “terroir” Bottle conditioned beer. Contains sediment, please allow 24 hours at fridge temperature stored upright and pour carefully.
