This is one of six releases of barrel agedImperial Stout. One brew, split into six differentcasks and left to develop and absorb thecharacter and flavour embedded in the wood.This one has been resting in a Longmorn exbourbon barrel. The Speyside Whisky wasspicy with ginger and black pepper, fruitforward with peachy stone fruit and roundedout with vanilla notes.
