A red wine barrel aged sour, Cas is a blend of three different beers that have been sitting in barrels for between two to three years. The barrels included fruit additions of cherries, raspberries and blueberries which have melded together with oaky tannic red wine notes to create a refreshing, fruity and incredibly well rounded sour. Sitting at only 4.9% the complexity and flavour of CAS far outshines it's deceptively vinous character.
