Inspired by the well-known Dutch spiced bisquits, also known as 'speculaasje' or the december-tradition 'kruidnoten' (herbed nuts), the spicemix also known as gingerbread spices, used for this beer contains cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg, clove, ginger and cardamom.
