That’s right, we’ve taken our beloved ALTeration and we tactfully threw a cornucopia of 3 different Brettanomyces strains as well as Pediococcus and Lactobacillus and aged it for 16 months in Makers Mark Bourbon Barrels. The finished product is noticeably tart and sour, with deep layers of cherry, dark fruit and almost a sour Merlot character.
