The brew crew really wanted to push the boundaries & try to create something new that they had never tried or seen before.Using the subtle backbone of a spicy, banana hefeweizen 8 combining the techniques used in a pastry beer.Expertly caramelised banana purée from the Head Chef at the brewhouse was added to this brew. Expect toffee, banana & muscovado sugar with a sweet full body finish. With a golden yellow colour & a dollop of creamy head, this is one dessert that will have you coming back for more.
