Pedestal (Talus)

Описание

Pedestal is our line of single hop beer where we single out one particularly delicious hop and put it up high on a hazy pedestal for your taste buds to enjoy in all its isolated, lupulin filled glory. This particular version sees us use the hop Talus, the newest named hop from the minds at Hop Breeding Company.Talus is a daughter of Sabro and immediately upon smelling the bag of hops it reminded us of that distinct Sabro smell. But instead of intense coconut we taste grapefruit, roses and pine with some undercurrents of woodsy citrus.
