A small batch American Pale Ale. This is a style that we don't brew enough of but we really love having it on tap at this time of year. Balancing a moderately malty body that has some biscuity sweetness with some citrus and pine forward hops this is a great go to pint. English base malt, a touch of wheat and some aromatic malt give a nice chew while Mosaic Spectrum, Amarillo CGX and Centennial provide orange, grapefruit and pine sap with a slight tropical egde that is enhanced by a guest yeast strain known for it intense fruity aromatics and dry finish.
