Graftage makes its return....This years variant was fermented on apple cider with Philly Sour yeast. A graf comes from Stephen Kings Dark Tower and is a cider/beer hybrid.Graftage -the art or practice of inserting a part of one plant into another plant in such a way that the two will unite and continue their growth.
