Intermodal! This 100% spontaneously inoculated wild beer was created in a style inspired by traditional lambic producers.Never heard of Lambic beers? They're funky, bright, vinous brews that originated in Belgium in the 13th century.During a window of specific overnight temps in the fall each year, we take traditional turbid wort, let it rest over many nights in the open-air coolship, and allow the finest wild yeast and microorganisms to join in on the slumber party.Our 2024 batch was divided into two light, tart, funky, extra bubbly versions — a classic spontaneous sipper and one with the addition of Cab Franc grapes.Good things come to those who wait, and these beers have been waiting for you!
