This same recipe as our IPA trialing a new yeast British yeast strain which is the reason for its name. The different yeast strain has changed hop character to make it much more floral (and less traditional pine resin) with a sweet candied orange peel nose.Offset with a slightly more earthy and grippy bitterness. Malt character is accentuated just a bit more than our original.
