Experiment 38. At minimum it’s our 38th batch of a hazy style beer – honestly it’s probably more than that, we’re at the point now where there’s probably a few beers we’ve forgotten about!This hazy is using all Cooper’s base malts, with the obligatory rolled oats and wheat for creamy hazy goodness. Hopped aggressively with Galaxy, Azacca, Eclipse and a touch of Manilita. A new (to us) yeast strain has been used though –Pinnacle English Ale, which was a success!All these ingredients have yielded a beer with a light tropical fruit forward nose, with edges of dankness (thanks Galaxy). It is very creamy and full bodied, and ends with a twain of bitterness – just the right amount to crisp off the experience!
