This is one of six releases of barrelaged Imperial Stout. One brew,split into six different casks andleft to develop and absorb thecharacter and flavour embeddedin the wood. This one has beenresting in a blackcurrant liqueurbarrel imparting sweet stickyfruit with a touch of acidity. Thiswill develop over time but this isexcellent to drink right now.
